On November 1, the road spectrum test of Chinese standard EMU tPower-TI3 traction converter was completed by CRRC Times Electric, achieving the research on road spectrum test for rail transit products.
The vehicle non-contact road spectrum test method was adopted for testing the road roughness during practical transportation. According to the random vibration analysis made based on the test data, existing package, hoisting and transportation of converters are those parts expected to be improved.
The test results reflect the package, hoisting and transportation problems of converters objectively, which can be adopted as reference for optimizing the design, improving the reliability and coincidence rate of converters and finally reducing the product cost and shortening the delivery cycle.
