On December 3-5, Australian International Rail Transit Technology Exhibition in 2019 (AusRAIL 2019) was held in Sydney, and more than 450 international companies, including CRRC, Siemens, and Alstom participated in the exhibition.
The exhibits displayed by 11 subsidiaries under CRRC not only include Sydney double-deck bus, Melbourne Metro and other projects that have a wide influence on the local area, as well as different types of diesel locomotives, railway trucks, but also include motor, driver console and other accessories, covering the demands of local customers.
In the morning of December 3, CRRC and University of Queensland (Australia) conducted the release of Report on the Development of the Australian Rail Transit Industry and "Next Generation Metro" technology at the exhibition.
CRRC entrusted University of Queensland (Australia) to preside over the Report on the Development of the Australian Rail Transit Industry. The report analyzed Australian railway equipment market, and took into account dynamic factors of market demand, and forecasted development trend in the next 5-10 years, mainly focusing on major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra. The report provided guidance for railway equipment companies to participate in rail construction projects in Australia in the future and promote the development of local rail transit industry.
